I know, I know, everyone is on the Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) bandwagon these days, but sure enough, as I sit here typing these all too familiar words of affirmation, it is essential that I tell you that it works!!!
I have been religiously taking this twice daily, morning and night, to keep my hunger at bay, while also intermittent fasting between 13 -15 hours a day.
I am no stranger to food. I am always hungry!! So of course after all those food-filled holidays my scale let me know that 175lbs was not where we needed to continue for the better part 2020! So with my arsenal of YouTube fitness videos that had me equipped for cardio, weight training, and nutrition, I decided to diligently try ACV full throttle. I have lost 5 pounds thus far and it's mid-February. Now let me also add that I am not performing a death-defying exercise regimen. I am slowly building up my discipline because, after at least 2 months of no cardio, I am struggling lol! So this time around, I am focusing on nutrition at a higher percentage than the fitness.
